Private Barrel Program

The private barrel program offers a unique opportunity to purchase a 5 gallon, 10 gallon or 53 gallon custom barrel of bourbon, whiskey, rye whiskey or gin to be aged at Evolve Distilling. After a private whiskey tasting and consultation with our distillers about your custom mash, we will distill your spirit, age the spirit in your private barrel in the bonded area of our distillery for an agreed amount of time. Of course, you can sample the spirit throughout the aging process.

Once the spirit has matured, Evolve Distilling will host a release/bottling party which includes: bottles, toppers, personalized label and your friends.
